PURPOSE:To prevent the temperature of air from becoming too low and resultant icing of moisture in a gas turbine plant equipped with a re-vaporizing means, by heating air introduced into the re-vaporizing means with waste gas. CONSTITUTION:Air 6 introduced into a compressor 7 is carried into a combustor 9 under compression and a turbine 11 is driven by the combustion gas. Waste gas 12 after use for driving the turbine 11 is passed through a waste heat recovering boiler 14 and then to a section 16. When the temperature of air 6 introduced into the compressor becomes high, for instance, in summer, the maximum output of the gas turbine drops. In order to reduce the drop of the maximum output of the gas turbine, the temperature of air 6 is lower by use of the cold of fuel. On the other hand, when the temperature of atmosphere 5 is low, for instance, in winter, the temperature of air 6 at the inlet of the compressor becomes lower than the freezing point and icing is caused in the compressor 7 which may cause damage of component parts. In order to solve the above problem, the temperature of air 51 introduced into a re-vaporizing means 3 is heated to a level higher than a prescribed value by use of the waste gas 16. |
