PURPOSE:To make it possible to indicate presence or absence of loaded recording paper, by providing a light guiding body between the indicating window of a scale plate and a detecting window which is provided at a cover part facing the recording paper. CONSTITUTION:A cover 1, at a back surface 1a of which recording paper 8 is provided, is rotatably attached to a case 5. A separating plate 6 is screwed to the case 5 and a warning indicating part 7 is formed. A light guiding plate 2b is provided for lighting a scale plate 2 which is built in the cover 1. At the lower surface of the light guiding plate 2b, a rod shaped guide 21b, which supports a light guiding body 4, is provided. A warning indicating window 1b is formed in the back surface 1a of the cover 1, and a warning indicating window 2a is formed in the plate 2. The windows 1b and 2a, the guide 21b, and indicating part 7 are arranged on the same axis. The light guiding body 4 is provided between the window 1b and the guide 21b. A light source 3 is provided at the inside of the plate 2b. Light is made to irradiate from the light source 3 on the paper 8 through the light guiding body 4 and the window 1b and the existence of a paper is indicated through the window 2a. When the paper 8 is absent, warning is indicated through the window 2a from the indicating part 7. |
