PURPOSE:To control the number of operating units in a building control equipment by a method wherein the number of the operating units is not controlled solely on the base of a moment value but is controlled on the base of the moment value plus an estimate value. CONSTITUTION:A data collecting section 1 is started in a predetermied cycle and collects data from sensors S0, S1...Sn. The collected data are then stored in a collected data table 7-0 of a unit number control table 7. The data collecting section 1 collects the data from each of the sensors and judges relatively the data stored in the time series of the data table 7-0 so that when the data vary greatly from one another, a unit number discrimination circuit 2 is started. The unit number discriminating circuit 2 is formed of an estimate operation section 3, a unit number discriminating section 4 and a unit number control section 5 and adopted to control the number of operating units on the base of the relationship between the actual measured value and estimated data. The estimate operation section 3 estimates a measured value of the next sampling time from the measured values of the sensors and the measured values at the previous sampling time. |
