PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform highly accurate measurement of a minute load and to decrease output change with respect to the load, by pattening a span temperature compensating resistor and a span adjusting resistor, and reducing the area of a lead electrode in the patterns. CONSTITUTION:A bridge circuit 9 is divided into two regions. One region includes connecting points (c), (a), and (d), and the other region includes connecting points (c), (b), and (d). The area of the pattern of the region from a terminal VE<+> to the point (a) is added to the area of the pattern of one region, which is obtained by dividing the circuit 9 into two regions. The sum is made equal to the sum obtained in the following way: the area of the pattern of the region from a terminal VE<-> to the point (b) is added to the area of the pattern of the other region of the circuit 9. The areas of strain gages R1-R4 are made equal. The film thickness of a lead electrode 8 is made large and the size of the electrode is made thin. Thus the area of the electrode is reduced. The areas of the patterns of the four regions for the points (a)-(d), (a)-(c), (b)-(c), and (b)-(d), which are divided equally, are made equal. The area of a span temperature compensating resistor Rs is made equal to the area of a span adjusting resistor Rx. |
