PURPOSE:To maintain the hysterisis stable for a long period by determining the rigidity of a control member in such a way that the respective resisting forces of two resisting means will not interact with each other. CONSTITUTION:Respective resilient forces of the first resilient means 64 and the second resilient means 74, namely, the first resisting means and the second resisting means are determined in such a way that they will not resiliently flex control plates 51 and 52. Since the control plates 51 and 52 are joined to each other by a connecting pin 53 which is provided as to pass through notches 15 cut out inwardly in the radial direction of the resilient member holding windows of a flange member 13, the rigidity of the control member 5 may be maximally improved if the thickness of each of control plate 51 and 52 is supposed constant. Therefore, the thickness thereof may be appropriately determined and the resilient forces of the first and the second resilient means 64 and 74 will not interact with each other, in other words, respective resisting forces of the first resisting means and the second resisting means will not interact with each other. |
