PURPOSE:To carry out accurate cutting, by providing a crankshaft miller which performs continuous cutting by the tool of an internal-edge tool drum rotatably supported in a disc. CONSTITUTION:A disc 21, which is swung synchronously with the movement of a slide 18 which is moved back and forth in a direction perpendicular to the axis of a workpiece to be cut, is provided on the slide. An internal-edge tool drum 26 is rotatably supported in the disc 21. The workpiece secured is cut by the tool of the drum 26. Since the slide 18 which is caused to perform straight sliding movement and the disc 21 which is swung are combined with each other, a cutting unit 3 is made compact and its rigidity is heightened and synchronous control is made relatively easy. |
