For the frequency and power analysis of high-frequency signals, a so-called Bragg cell (2) can be used in which - controlled by the high-frequency signals - pressure waves generate a lattice structure which causes the frequency-dependent deflection of a laser beam. To evaluate its deflection, an integrated circuit (1) comprising a photo-detector array (5), a photo-amplifier array (6), a demultiplexer (7) and an address decoder (8) is proposed. <IMAGE>
