COLLECTION SYSTEM OF VIEWING DETAILED DATA OF CHARGED BROADCAST

摘要

PURPOSE:To collect a viewing derailed date economically and efficiently by requesting data retransmission to a relevant subscriber from a broadcast station if missing of data reception takes place so as to utilize the idle time of telephone call from subscribers existing in a wide domestic area. CONSTITUTION:In a parson making a reception contract 200 where a program is viewed and a charge is imposed onto the viewing on the condition that a charged broadcast is received and a prescribed contract condition is satisfied, a detailed data relating to the viewing for a prescribed period is stored and the detailed data is sent to a broadcast station 100 through a telephone line 15 at a predetermined prescribed transmission time for each reception contracting person. Moreover, the data collection center of the broadcast station 100 receives and stores the viewing detailed data sent from all the reception contract persons and sends a command signal to request retransmission of the detailed data to the contractor not receiving the detailed data while multiplexing the command onto the program broadcast. Thus, the data is surely collected.
