PURPOSE:To eliminate a DC smoothing reactor by forming the secondary coil in a polyphase coil larger than 5 phases by rectifying the currents via polyphase rectifiers and obtaining a smooth direct current. CONSTITUTION:The secondary coil 1 is wound on a rotor X, and 5-phase secondary coils 2 are wound on a stator Y. The secondary coil is connected to the input terminals of 5-phase rectifiers 4', and the rectified output terminals P, N are connected through power inverters 6 to 3-phase input terminals U, V, W. Then, the 3-phase alternating currents are connected to the input terminals U, V, W and the voltages of the output terminals P, N are controlled by the power inverter, thereby controlling the rotating speed of a motor. Since the secondary coils 2 are formed as the outer phase coils of 5 phases or more and rectified by the polyphase rectifiers 4', smooth direct current can be obtained. Accordingly, the function can be performed even without DC smoothing reactors which are indispensable for the normal stationary Scherbius device. |
