PURPOSE:To obtain the small-sized coil parts of high reliability by winding a green sheet made of a ceramic insulator material on a green rod made of a ceramic insulator material having a smaller on-baking shrinkage rate and baking the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Conductive paste is printed on the green sheet 2, coils 3 are formed and the green rod 5 is bonded with a terminal edge 6, the green sheet 2 is rolled in stripped off from a Mylar film base 1, and a wound article 8 is obtained. The article is cut at a position of broken lines 9 and baked, and coil part element bodies 10 are acquired. Silver conductive paste is applied to both end surfaces 11, 12, and external electrodes 13, 14 are formed through baking. The shrinkage rate on baking of the green rod must be smaller than that of the green sheet. With the coil part obtained, sections among layers are dense and are unified by winding and clamping pressure due to the difference of the shrinkage rates, and a delamination, cracks, etc. are not generated. |
