PURPOSE:To effectively prevent a noise generated by chips and/or splashes colliding against a fender protector during running operation. CONSTITUTION:An acoustical absorbent 10 forming glass wool and/or mer-seals or the like to a prescribed shape is arranged fully to the rear face of a fender protector main unit 9 by adhesive means. By an acoustical absorptive effect of this acoustical absorbent 10, a colliding sound of pebbles or the like hitting against a fender protector 2 is absorbed, while vibration generated in the main unit 9 is damped and prevented from being transmitted to a front fender 1. |
