PURPOSE:To prevent the oxidation of a contacting part and to prevent a coupling part from deforming while preventing a decrease in conductivity, by forming holes at both end parts of a ceramic base body, fitting projections formed at a journal member in those holes in one body, and bringing feeding brushes into contact with the conductive journal member and feeding electricity to a resistance layer. CONSTITUTION:Both end parts of the ceramic base body 1 are held by the conductive journal member 2 and plural projecting pieces 2a to be fitted in the holes 1a of the base body 1 are formed at the outer circumferential part of the journal member 2 to be fitted in the base body 1. Further, the resistance layer 3 made of W, etc., is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the base body 1 and an offset preventing layer 4 is formed on its external surface. Feeding brushes 9 and 10 are arranged in contact with the internal walls of the projection parts of the journal member 2 and fixed to a holding member 11 and a movable holding member 13 to feed electricity to the resistance layer 3 through those feeding brushes and journal member. |
