PURPOSE:To simplify the installation work and to reduce the radiation loss and to utilize the dead space necessary for establishing the bath heater by a method wherein ports, through which the water in a bathtub is circulated, are located at the positions higher than the water level in the bathtub by utilizing a positive displacement pump in order to realize the flush- mounted bath heater, whereby only the inserting of circulating pipes in the bathtub is requested, eliminating the work for boring holes, through which the water in the bathtub is circulated, in a wall. CONSTITUTION:A positive displacement pump unit is formed by housing the positive displacement pump in one box, while a main body unit is formed by housing a burning part, a heat exchanger and the like in the other box in such a manner that both the boxes can be made into an integral body by connecting with each other. The separate provision of the positive displacement pump unit in a room and free selection of the location of flexible pipes by arranging a control board for operation within said unit are also made possible. Furthermore, the cases at the front and rear faces of both the units are made of types capable to be removed by means of screws or the like and have constitutions capable to be buried by fittings in the wall. The work for boring the holes, through which the water in the bathtub is circulated, in the wall becomes unnecessary. And yet no radiation loss from the circulating pipes after the water being heated-up is resulted, because the positive displacement pump locates higher than the water level in the bathtub. In addition, due to the constitution capable to open the front and rear faces of the cases, the maintenance from both the inside and the outside of a room is possible. Furthermore, the utilization of dead space is contrived by integrating with a building by mounting the bath heater buried in a wall. |
