PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient acceleration even just after an engine is started by shifting a speed-change point to the high-speed side for a fixed time just after the starting of the engine. CONSTITUTION:A shift-map selection subroutine decides whether a timer value is 0 or not, that is, whether a fixed time just after the start of an engine has passed away or not, and selects a high-speed side map when the timer value is not 0, that is, the fixed time does not pass away. When this high-speed side map is selected, shifting up or down is caused on the side of higher speed than the time when a low-speed side map is selected, and the range to use a gear in a low-speed step is expanded. Consequently, suffient acceleration can be obtained even just after the engine is started. When a fixed time has a passed away after the start of the engine, the timer value comes to 0, and the low-speed side map is selected to control the speed-change normally. |
