PURPOSE:To generate an electric signal having high accuracy and high reliability, by moving intermittently a titled meter so that a stop point of a magnet is aligned with the best operating point of a magnetic sensing element. CONSTITUTION:An intermittent rotary disk 9 which forms a groove part 11 on the circumferential side and forms as one body a projecting edge 12 on the side edge of its groove part 11 is attached to a total axis 2 which is rotated intermittently by a figure wheel corresponding to a unit quantity to be obtained, of gas, water service, electricity, etc. Also, a gear 13 on which a freely rotatable magnet 17 placed so as to be opposed to a magnetic sensing element 4 is provided as one body is formed so that it can be engaged to the groove part 11 of the rotary disk 9. |
