PURPOSE:To permit perfect discharge of the freight in a packing-box by installing a freight receiving board elevating and lowering apparatus onto a packing- box side and permitting the axial supporting part of a lower link which forms a parallel link mechanism to be shifted, and thus permitting a freight receiving board which is stored in vertical form to be opened downward. CONSTITUTION:An installation bracket 6 is installed at the rear edge part of a main girder 3' installed on the undersurface of a packing-box 3, and a connecting piece 8 whose top part can be swung longitudinally is pivotally supported onto the installation bracket by a shaft 7. When packing box 3 is for tilted rearward for discharging the bulk material, the upper link 9 is fixed at a fixed position by a hydraulic cylinder 20, but a lower link 10, connecting piece 8, installation stay 12, and a freight receiving board 16 are shifted by the respective empty weight. During shifting, the fright receiving board 16, in particular, swung and shifted, having the connection part 13 at the top of the upper link 9 as a center, and the freight receiving board 16 which closes the rear part of the packing-box 3 is opened, and the bulk material in the packing-box 3 is dump discharged. |
