PURPOSE:To save energy by setting a temperature detecting circuit, a temperature setting circuit, a comparing circuit and an electric power controlling circuit to an operating state, when a deciding circuit generates a signal for showing the loading of the human body, and setting one circuit of them to non-operation when a non-loading signal is generated. CONSTITUTION:A human body detecting device 30 which is contained in a body laid on the floor surface, and whose physical quantity is varied by loading of the human body is provided. When the circuit 30 generates an output for showing the loading of the human body, a temperature detecting circuit 13, a temperature setting circuit 20, a comparing circuit 24 and an electric power controlling circuit 25 are set to an operating state, or a signal among them is transferred. On the other hand, when the circuit 30 generates a signal for showing the non-loading, at least one of the circuits 13, 20, 24 and 25 is set to a non- operating state, or transfer of a signal among them is cut off and the temperature controlling circuit is set to a non-operating state. |
