PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive compsn. superior in storage stability, by adding a specified diazo resin, a polymer having hydroxyl groups, and an oil- soluble dye. CONSTITUTION:The diazo resin is represented by the shown formula, and it is a reaction product between a condensation product of a diazo monomer and a condensing agent, and hexafluorophosphate or tetrafluoroborate. As the polymer having hydroxyl groups, a copolymer of a hydroxyl group having monomer and another monomer copolymerizable with the former. A content of structural monomer units each having aromatic hydroxyl group is 1-80mol% of the total polymer, preferably 5-60mol%. When they are <=1mol%, a problem occurs in storage stability. |
