An electrical heating device for induction pipes of internal-combustion engines, having a heating plate with PTC elements on one side and prongs on the other side. The PTC elements are pressed on by means of star-shaped spring arms. Metal discs, to which the PTC elements are soldered, are soldered onto the heating plate, are tinned in each case on both sides and are seated between the heating plate and the PTC elements. The thermal coefficient of expansion of the metal discs is between that of the heating plate and that of the PTC elements, so that the metal discs can be positioned between them, with a good electrically-conductive connection, good heat transference and permanent fixing.
