PURPOSE:A resin film is set inside the kettle and the materials to be boiled together with rice are placed in the film, then rice boiling is effected by heating the kettle, thus permitting the boiled rice to be taken out of the kettle easily together with the film. CONSTITUTION:A bag of heat-resistant resin film 2 is set inside the kettle 1 so that the film comes into close contact with the inner wall of the kettle. The materials for rice boiling, such as a combination of washed rice and fresh water or further with ingredients and seasonings are placed in the bag and the kettle is heated to effect rice boiling. After completion of boiling, the boiled rice is taken out of the kettle together with the film bag 2. Namely, rice boiling is effected in a film bag and the amounts of individual components can be accurately determined every bag and automated rice boiling can be effected, thus enabling rice boiling hygienically in a practical scale. Further, the kettle is not stained during boiling to facilitate boiling operations and handling of boiled rice packings. |
