PURPOSE:To confirm the normality of an exchange quickly, by providing a means which holds a diagnostic data transmitted from an exchange to each terminal device, replaces the diagnostic data with a data transmitted from each terminal device and inputs the data to the exchange. CONSTITUTION:In transmitting a command to confirm the normality of the exchange from a central controller CC to a signal receiving and distributing device SRD, the device SRD stores the diagnostic data in a transmission signal memory SSM, reads out the diagnostic data after a prescribed time and stores and holds it in a data storage device DR. Further, the diagnostic data is stored in a receiving signal memory RSM via a selecting circuit SEL'. Further, the device SRD compares the diagnostic data stored in the memories RSM and SSM and transmits the result of comparison to the controller CC. The controller CC discriminates the normality of the exchange SW except multiplex converters MPX, DMPX according to the coincidence or dissidence of both the diagnostic data. |
