PURPOSE:To improve the heat radiating effect of an electric equipment, by providing the inlet of air for cooling in the lower part of a partition wall. CONSTITUTION:When the transformer is operated, the amount of heat generated in a container 1 is transmitted into a thermal converter 2 and radiated to the air in the neighborhood from the thermal converter 2. The air in the neighborhood is increased in temperature, accordingly flows above the thermal converter 2 by becoming upward flow with the decrease of the density of air. The cool air outside flows in from the air inlet 4 opened in the lower part of the partition 3 in order to compensate for this air flowing out. This cool air is received from the thermal converter 2, is increased in temperature, and flows above the thermal converter 2 by being upward flow. Thereafter, this action is repeated. |
