PURPOSE:To make the production easier and to improve the sound insulation characteristics, by forming an internal wall and external wall to be solid by using a thermoplastic resin sheet or mixture sheet made of the thermoplastic resin mixed with filler, and by providing space between the internal and external walls to fill the space with filler. CONSTITUTION:An internal wall 1a and external wall 1b of a cabient for sound equipment are formed by a thermoplastic resin sheet or mixture sheet made of thermoplastic resin mixed with filler. The internal wall 1a and external wall 1b are made to be solid and to be of double construction, and space is provided between the internal wall 1a and external wall 1b. A perforation 31 is formed on top of the space, and a material having a large internal loss suitable for making resonance acute degree smaller is filled through the perforation 31 in the space. A spot facing 51 for fitting a speaker 42 is formed to the external wall 1b. A solid concave part 62 for preventing sound pressure is formed for fitting a speaker 61 for middle- and high-frequency range. A cabinet is made to an optional shape by a forming device to make the production easier and to improve sound insulation characteristics. |
