PURPOSE:To obtain a stable absorption load for a long duration by supporting a slipper for the sliding guide of a chain to be oscillated round a pivot part on its one end for absorbing the impact of this slipper due to the vibration of the chain by means of a tension spring. CONSTITUTION:A slipper 3 is pivoted on one end on a tension main body 1 by a pin 6, and suported on another end via a link 10. Between the pin 6 and a pin 18 pivoting the slipper 3 on the link 10, a tension spring 21 is provided to be protected by a tube 20 in the intermediate part. A hole 22 of the slipper 3 to receive the pin 6 is shaped into a long one directed to the tensional direction of the tension spring 21. Meanwhile, when a chain 2 is loosened, screws 9 and 9 are released to tighten the tension. In this construction, a slider 8 is drawn to the left by a spring 7, and the slipper 3 is turned upward via the link 10. The impact caused by the vibration of the chain 2 at the time of operation is absorbed by the spring 21. |
