PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out the stable control of furnace top pressure without time delay by carrying out proximity calculation of governor valve correction value on the basis of a combined proximity value of Cv with respect to the opening degrees of the governor valve and the stator blade to thereby carry out correction control of the opening degree of the governor valve. CONSTITUTION:A control signal is indicated by the abscissa and the resultant value Cv by the ordinate (y).
