PURPOSE:To facilitate the processing of an ink jet recording head for stabilizing the flight of ink particles, in carrying out drawing processing while the material of the ink jet recording head is heated and pulled out through molds, by rotating one mold to subject said material to spiral drawing processing. CONSTITUTION:A material 1 is heated by a torch 2 and drawn finely so as to introduce one end of the material 1 into molds. In this state, the drawn part of the material 1 is inserted into a drawing mold 3 and the leading end of the material 1 is grasped by two pawls 4. At this time, the pawls 4 are connected to a threaded rod 5 which is in turn screwed with a frame 6 fixedly secured to the drawing mold 3. In this state, the material 1 is again heated by the torch 2 and, at the same time, a handle 5a is rotated toward the direction AR1 of an arrow while the rod 5 is retracted to the direction AR2 of an arrow to a predetermined position to carry out drawing processing and, thereafter, the processed material 1 is demolded from the drawing mold 3 to cut off the unnecessary part of the leading end thereof grasped by the pawls 4. |
