PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement automatic inspection of inconvenience in wirings such as contact failure while the condition is kept the same as at service. SOLUTION: A control part 23 turns on a switch 21 in the condition that ions are not generated so that a high voltage is steeply impressed on an electron multiplier tube 5. When the wiring is normal, a high voltage is generated momentarily at a collector 12 owing to the dielectric action of the voltage impressed on an electrode plate 10f of the multiplier tube 5, and a wiring inspection part 25 judges if the wiring is acceptable from the output voltage of a preamplifier 20, and the control part 23 displays the judging result in a display part 24.
