PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a connection with a device within a predetermined range using sound with connection information embedded therein.

SOLUTION: An information communication system comprises: a host apparatus that generates and outputs connection information sound; a client apparatus that collects the connection information sound output from the host apparatus; and a sound analyzing unit that analyzes the connection information sound to acquire connection information. The client apparatus comprises a communication unit that communicates with the host apparatus on the basis of the connection information obtained from the sound analyzing unit.
