PURPOSE:To improve both the starting characteristics and the revolving variance with a low cost, by providing plural slidable weights to the groove of a flywheel of a capstan and then moving and fixing those weights in the outer radius direction during the steady revolution. CONSTITUTION:Two guide grooves 8 are provided to a flywheel 7 of a capstan from the center of revolution toward the outer radius, and a weight 10 is attached slidably to a fixed pin 9 in the groove 8 via a spring 11. When the capstan is at pause, the weight 10 is drawn toward the center by the tensile force of the spring 11. Then the weight 10 is moved in the outer radius direction with the centrifugal force larger than the spring force at the rise of revolution and then fixed at the outer circumference part with the centrifugal force during the steady revolution. In this connection, the inertia force of the flywheel is reduced at the starting time point to improve the starting characteristics. While the inertia force is increased with the steady revolution to eliminate the revolving variance. Thus it is possible to improve both the starting characteristics and the revolving variance with a low cost. |
