摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in the measurement of standard electric current, by detecting the electromagnetic wave of electron groups with a vacuum duct which is inserted into an electron accumulation ring and in which a desired number of rotating electrons pass, a magnetic core enclosing the same, etc. CONSTITUTION:Electrons made incident into an electron ring through an incident device 11 are converted to a slender beam in a doughnut-like ultravacuum duct 12 and rotate on a stable track. The electron beam passes through a vacuum duct 1 of a nonmetallic material inserted into the duct 12. Then, the signal corresponding to the magnetic flux by the electron beam is induced in the annular magnetic cores 2-4 enclosing the duct 1 and the coils 5-7 thereof. On the other hand, when pulse current is applied to a kicker coil 18, the track of the rotating electrons is disturbed horizontally and the number of the rotating electrons is controlled. The output signal basing on the number of revolutions per second of the electrons and the number of the rotating electrons is outputted according to the sensitivity and stability of an electromagnetic detector 8 for electron groups of a double frequency magnetic modulation system from said detector 8 and is used as the value for measuring the standard current with high accuracy.
