PURPOSE:To improve suitability to coating and to obtain the titled receptor preventing the occurrence of unevenness in an image due to uneven coating by forming a charge generating layer contg. specified resins and a charge transferring layer on a support. CONSTITUTION:A charge generating layer having 001-1mum thickness and contg. a charge generating substance such as pyrylium dispersed in a resin mixture and a charge transferring layer having 5-30mum thickness and contg. a charge transferring substance such as N-ethylcarbazole are formed on a support. The resin mixture consists of acrylic resin having 15-70 deg.C glass transition point, 10-40 acid value and 10,000-50,000mol.wt. and of a resin having >=75 deg.C glass transition point such as polystyrene in 30/1-1/1 weight ratio. Thus, an electrophotographic receptor producing a slight memory effect owing to repeated electrostatic charging and having stable potential at all times is obtd. |
