PURPOSE:To execute shear-working for which a cutting edge clearance is required strictly in both flange up-and-down workings, by constituting a flange up- and-down working press die of a specified driving mechanism and a shear- working device. CONSTITUTION:A flange up-and-down working press die 67 is constituted of a punch 31, an upper holder 32, a pad 50 opposed to the punch 31, a die 33 for executing flange-down working jointly with the side of the punch 31, a slide cam 41 which is provided on the side of the punch 31 and can be moved to the holder side, a driving device for driving the slide cam 41 to the holder side by interlocking with a proximity motion of the punch 31 and the holder 32, another die 60 for executing flange-up working jointly with the side of the pad 50, and a shear-working device constituted between the punch 31 and the holder 32. In this way, a cutting edge clearance in case of shear-working can be held exactly, and the number of man-hours and the equipment cost can be reduced. |
