SOLUTION: This method for producing a fried bean curd comprises adding an extract of a spice such as a mustard and/or an emulsion of the extract and/or an emulsion type perfume as a flavor ingredient to a soybean milk, preparing a bean curd (dough) and then frying the resultant bean curd in an oil.
