PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility by upgrading the quality of display when traffic regulation information is three-dimensionally displayed. SOLUTION: When buildings, roads, and the like are displayed as a three- dimensional map on a screen, designs expressing the traffic regulation information 37 are three-dimensionally displayed by using polygons at a prescribed height from the ground on a map on the screen. As compared with conventional designs depicted by using bit map data, the quality of display is upgraded and its visibility can be improved when the regulation information 37 is three- dimensionally displayed, which makes it easier for a user to recognize the regulation information. |
