PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of various troubles owing to deviation, by using a castable refractory material in the outside circumferential part and joining said material to a central member by means of studs thereby making the joining force between the dissimilar materials secure and preventing the deviation between each other during the work. CONSTITUTION:A central member 5 provided with a discharge port 4 for molten metal is a calcined refractory material consisting essentially of zirconia and a fastening fitting 8 of the width narrower than the thickness 7 of a refracotry plate material 6 is mounted on the circumferential side surface thereof by a method such as shrinkage fit. Stud 9 of a V shape or the like is beforehand welded to the outside surface of the fitting 8. Such material as a central member is set and a castable refractory material of high alumina type is cast as an outside circumferential member, whereby the material 6 is obtained. A clamp 10 may further be mounted to the outside of the material 6, if necessary. |
