PURPOSE:To improve reliability of operation of a control unit by incorporating an air flow sensor integrally with the control unit in the same case which is mounted in an intake system so that the control unit can be cooled directly or indirectly with intake air in a intake path. CONSTITUTION:An internal-combustion engine 10 has an intake system 13 comprising an intake pipe 12 connected to an air cleaner 11 on the upstream end, and a throttle valve 15 is provided in the intake pipe 12. Then, the control unit 16 having an air flow sensor detecting circuit built in the same case and a highly integrated circuit is mounted in the intake pipe 12 upstream of the mounting position of the throttle valve 15, and a detecting portion 17 of the air flow sensor is located in the intake path. The outputs of the air flow sensor detecting circuit, idle switch 18, throttle valve opening sensor 19, water temperature sensor 20, O2 sensor 22, etc. are supplied to the input of said unit 16, and an injector 21, etc. are controlled by control signals of said unit 16. |
