An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), a photo spacer for the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve deformation recovery, eliminate display spots, and display high-definition images by adjusting exposure in a post exposure process. A method for manufacturing a photo spacer comprises a resin layer formation process, an exposure process, a developing process, and a post exposure process. The resin layer formation process is executed to form a photosensitive resin layer, which contains a highly polymerized compound having a crosslinked radical, on a support. The exposure process is performed to expose the photosensitive resin layer on a pattern. The developing process is carried out to remove unexposed portions among the photosensitive resin layer. The post exposure process is carried out to expose the photosensitive resin layer which doesn't have any unexposed portion. |
