REGULATING METHOD FOR BALANCE OF ROTOR OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE

PURPOSE:To regulate the balance of the rotor easily by forming a plurality of holes to a magnetic plate laminated and inserting cylindrical balance weights of proper length into said holes after assembling the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the holes 2 are formed previously to the magnetic plate laminated at regular intervals in ring shape on press machining, and a plurality of the balance weight inserting holes 2 in the axial direction are formed to a rotor core 1. The balance of the rotor is measured after assembling the rotor, and the cylindrical balance weights 3 of proper length are inserted into proper balance weight inserting holes 2, and fastened onto the side walls of the holes. According to the method, the balance of the rotor is simply regulated accurately and easily.
