PURPOSE:To lighten a movable section, and to improve follow-up capability by forming a support spring supporting the movable section by a magnetic material while using a driving coil as a fixing section. CONSTITUTION:The support spring 16 is formed by the magnetic mateial, and a clearance 17 is formed between the support spring 16 and the upper end surface of a magnetic pole section 12. Consequently, a closed magnetic path is formed by a loop of the magnetic pole section 12 using the support spring 16 as one part of a magnetic path, the support spring 16, yoke sections 13 and projecting sections 14 through the excitation of the driving coil 11. Accordingly, when currents are flowed through the driving coil 11, the support spring 16 is attracted in the opposite section of the magnetic pole section 12, and the movable section 15 is moved. As a result, since the support spring 16 made of the magnetic material is used, the driving coil 11 need not be mounted to the movable section 15, and the movable section can be lightened only by the section. |
