<p>PURPOSE:To detect tape tension accurately and to realize a small-sized device, by providing an arm for tension detection which engages the tension arm only during sound recording or reproduction, and detecting its turning position. CONSTITUTION:In an unloading state shown in a figure, the guide roll 26a of a guide arm 26 enters the deepest part 30a of a side groove in a loading ring 3 and the tension arm 23 parts from a tape while its pawl part 23b is pressed by the pin 26b on the guide arm 26. The pin 22b of the tension detecting arm 22 is locked at one end of the guide groove 20a of a tension arm base 20. When a loading roll 3 is rotated counterclockwise, the guide arm 26 turns counterclockwise and the tension arm 23 turns clockwise; when it reaches a specific position indicated by a dotted line, a stopper 22c on the tension detecting arm 22 is locked by the notch part (not shown in figure) of a bearing part and linked in one body by a spring 24. Thus, the size of the device is reduced and the tension is detected accurately.</p> |
