摘要 |
PURPOSE:To join a molybdenum material and a nickel material having cleaned surfaces securely and to improve production efficiency, by warm working both materials at a prescribed temp. thereby superposing and joining the same. CONSTITUTION:The oxide film on the surface of a molybdenum material is removed by mechanical polishing. The molybdenum material having the cleaned surface is heated to 100-400 deg.C. A nickel material is superposed on the surface of the heated molybdenum material. The superposed molybdenum material and nickel material are pressurized. The securely joined molybdenum-nickel composite material is produced efficiently. |
