发明名称 CATALYST REGENERATION METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain high elution efficiency of poisoned substances, i.e., high performance restoration efficiency, by injecting a slurry contg. a prescribed amt. of abrasion resistant powdery grains and a prescribed amt. of gas simultaneously and at high speed on the surface of a catalyst, and then, washing it with water. CONSTITUTION:When performance of a catalyst lowers, the catalyst in a state filled in an apparatus is washed by spraying water to regenerate its performance. At that time, a slurry contg. 5-30% prescribed amt. of abrasion resistant powdery grains, such as quartz sand, and gas are injected simultaneously at high speed on the surface of the catalyst, and then it is washed with water. A pressure of said gas injected depends on the inside diameter of a nozzle and injection distance, but generally, 2-6kg/cm<2>.G is preferable, and injection speed depends on the amt. of abrasion and time relationship, but generally, 20-40m/ sec is preferable. This method can reduce washing time, elution rate of poisoned substance and performance recovery rate are both high, and this method is easily executed.
