Fastening device for mounting a support (2) in the form of a square tube with perforations (3) on two opposite sides on a table plate (1).
<??>According to the invention, the fastening device has a bracket-like bearing part (5), attached to each side of the table plate (1) and having lugs (19) for engagement with the perforations on one side of support (2). The bearing parts each have two arms (14) which extend on both sides of the support and engage by means of hooks (15) in slot-shaped openings (16) in a pressure rail (17) which is arranged on the rear side of the support and is fixed in position by a peg which engages in the perforations of the support. The lower bearing part must furthermore have a pressure plate (13), which can be mounted on the underside of the table plate by means of screws (9).
