FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: piezo motor is intended for step drives of automatic control devices designed to accurately position specimens and probes. Proposed motor comprises coaxial stator and shaft, rotation assembly fitted between stator and shaft, and weight. Note here that one end of piezo element is jointed to the shaft, while other end supports said weight. Note also that said rotation assembly represents a bearing and a nut, and aforesaid shaft is threaded.
