<p>PURPOSE:To perform optical reading easily by providing specified display frame line in an adequate number of rectangular frame printed in a measure frame, and writing an alphabet, an arithmetic numeral, or KATAKANA (square form of Japanese syllabary) therein and then reading them optically. CONSTITUTION:An adequate number or tens of frames 2 in the lateral direction of a form 1 and an adequate number or tens of lines of frames 2 in the longitudinal direction, or an adequate number of frames in the measure frames arrayed in an adequate shape are printed, and a display frame line which is about one and half times as high as lateral width is provided in the frames 2. A specified alphabet, an arithmetic numeral, or KATAKANA are written into the frames in a specified style and read by an optical reader.</p> |
