PURPOSE:To eliminate useless consumption of pump driving energy, by streaming water from a collector to a hot water tank by siphonic action. CONSTITUTION:A circulation duct is constituted by connecting a hot water tank 1 and a collector 2 by a pumping duct 5 provided with a pump 3 and a return duct 6 with each other, and a hydraulic power plant 13 is provided on the return duct 6 in the vicinity of the hot water tank 1. A driving motor 4 of the pump 3 is controlled by a controlling mechanism 11 based on detected temperature differences from a high temperature sensor 9 provided on the above mentioned collector 2 and a low temperature sensor 10. When a generator 13 is actuated by a stream, a number of poles of a motor 4 is changed from two poles to four poles by a pole change relaying circuit 12 through its output and the pumps 4 is switched over from a high output to a low output. |
