The present invention relates to a rotor. The rotor according to the present invention comprises: a rotation shaft (10) which is provided with support portions (12) at both ends of a hollow portion (14); and a plurality of salient poles (24) which are installed on the outer surface of the hollow portion (14) at predetermined intervals, wherein a plurality of cooling fans (26) which forms air current flowing to the salient poles (24) are disposed along both end edges of the hollow portion (14). An inner space (20) is formed in the hollow portion (14), and a discharge hole (22) is formed to be opened to the outer face of the hollow portion (14) to allow the inner space (20) to communicate with the outside. The discharge hole (22) is formed in an area extending toward both ends from the longitudinal center of the hollow portion (14). A flange (16) is formed at the end of the support portion (12). The flange (16) is provided with an inlet (18) to allow the air to flow into the inner space (20) by the air pressure difference generated by rotation. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the weight of the rotor, and it is possible to smoothly discharge the heat generated in the rotor to the outside, thereby improving performance and life of the rotor. |
