PURPOSE:To enable a ball valve to adjust flow rate by disposing a cylindrical flow adjusting member inside a valve ball element and making a fluid flow adjusting orifice in the side wall of said member. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical flow adjusting member 14 which is capable of turning about an axis of a rotary shaft of a valve ball element 4 is closely fit therein, and a flow control orifice 15 is formed in the side wall of said member. To make the flow adjusting member 14 turn with respect to the valve ball element 4, an auxiliary stem 16 passes through a main stem with one end thereof joined to the flow adjusting member 14 and the other end having a catching part 17, thereby enabling a ball valve to make flow adjustment. |
