PURPOSE:To examine traces in bioliquid simultaneously and correctly in a short time by a method wherein a plurality of immunological reactions are allowed to simultaneously occur in a single immunological reaction series, using a plurality of bodies in a solid phase which can be separable. CONSTITUTION:For instance, two element carriers 1 are used and an antibody and the like for the predetermined purpose is fixed in one of the carriers 1, whereas an antibody and the like for a different purpose is fixed in the other 1, so that bodies in a solid phase with different antibodies and the like fixed. Subsequently, after these bodies in a solid phase are cut into pieces in predetermined size, the pieces of the two bodies in a solid phase are combined to prepare what has two bodies in a solid phase in the same shape as that of the carriers 1. Those obtained are inserted in reaction tubes 4 which are expected to become different bodies in a solid phase. When reaction liquid is made to present in the minute gap between them, three immunological reactions will be simultaneously made to occur in a single imunological reaction series even if the reaction liquid is small in amount. Accordingly, only the small amount of bioliquid is required, thereby the measuring time can be by far shortened. |
