PURPOSE:To measure three dimensional luminance distribution, by displaying the luminance distribution of the laser spot by contour lines of luminance levels. CONSTITUTION:A combined image signal, which is imparted to a combined image signal input terminal 1, is divided into two ways. In one way, a vertical synchlonizing signal is obtained. On the other way, shading correction is performed, and thereafter a peak value is held by a peak value holding circuit 10. Then, the image signal, which corresponds to the maximum luminance level in the luminance distribution, is obtained by a sample and hole circuit 11. The maximum luminance level is divided into a plurality of different luminance levels, and each luminance level is compared with the image signal by comparators 12-1, 12-2, ...12-n. Thereafter, the pulses from quadratic differentiating devices 13-1, 13-2, ...13-n are made to be the image signal displaying the contour lines of a plurality of the luminance levels, and the image is displayed. |
